JVWCD landscape incentive

Get paid to rip the turf.

Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District pays up to $3 per square foot to replace living lawn. We can pull the sod, haul it, and install a water-wise park strip — but they approve the rebate, not us. Do not start demolition until they say so.

Planning number

$720

240 sq ft × $3/sq ft turf replacement

  • They pay the rebate. We do not.
  • Living lawn must be inspected before sod comes out.
  • Park strips need plants, 3" mulch, and drip — not rock only.

Check the boxes if they are true. Even then, Jordan Valley has to approve the file. The apply button still works either way.

Cities we see most: West Jordan, South Jordan, Herriman, Riverton, Bluffdale, Kearns, Magna, Taylorsville. Confirm on your bill.

01

Apply first

Create an account on Utah Water Savers. Upload before photos, a simple drawing, and a recent water bill.

02

They inspect

Jordan Valley visits while the lawn is still alive. If they approve, then we schedule sod-out.

03

We build it to pass

Plants at maturity, 3 inches of mulch, drip on its own zone, rock where it belongs. They inspect again. They pay you.
